Use a bread machine to do the
hard work. Put all ingredients in the machine
and put it on the quick dough setting.
Or mix by hand in a bowl:
sift the flour into the bowl, add the other dry ingrediants; rub the
butter into the flour, add the eggs and mix into a dough adding sufficient
milk to make the dough a nice consistency for rolling.
Pre heat oven to gas mark 6. Cut the dough into two pieces. Flatten the
dough into a thin, flat round and place on a floured baking tray, add
your chosen topping and cook for about 20 minutes.
