Chop the mushrooms into bite sized
pieces, or keep whole if small enough
Heat the oil in the pan (or half oil, half butter) to a medium temperature
Add the garlic, finely chopped (and dried herbs if not using fresh herbs);
Add the mushrooms and a dash of cold water and/or a dash of the wine you will
have with the meal;
Add finely chopped fresh herbs;
Fry until starting to brown |
